Dakota Mahogany single or companion upright

This is a upright companion or single upright marker made from Dakota Mahogany. Dakota Mahogany is quarried near Milbank, South Dakota and continues to be the mahogany granite by which all others are measured. The top, or often referred to as the "die" is 3' long x 6'' thick x  1'8'' tall. It is polished on the front and back and rough on sides. It is shaped like the monument shows. It is sitting on a Dakota Mahogany base that is 4' long x 6'' tall x 1' wide. It is polished on top and rough on sides.
